In a distant space.
Ego’s spaceship is carrying Quill, Gamora, and Drax to a beautiful planet.
“My dad actually owns a planet?”
Quill has been told many times by other people that his bloodline is very special, but he never thinks he is that special because he is clearly like other people. However, today, when Ebony Maw learned that Quill was following them and dispatched a large number of small ships to pursue and stop Quill.
Quill originally planned to surrender to Ebony Maw today, but a spaceship fell from the sky, shot down hundreds of ships in a split second, saving Quill’s life. He had mixed emotions, especially when he found out that Quill’s long-lost father had saved him.
“We must get in touch with Knowhere as soon as possible, and tell Lord Rorschach where Thanos is.” Gamora is eager for vengeance and can’t wait to get the Knowhere Fleet to Thanos’ hiding place right away.
Drax agrees.
Quill looked all over the planet, feeling that when he came to his dad’s planet, he could get a couple of starships and fix their spaceship regardless of how terrible it was. But this planet is actually deserted as far as the eye can see. Even interstellar communicators may not be found, let alone borrowing a few starships.
“Let me try to speak with my father, he ought to be able to assist us.”
“Peter Quill, master asked me to take you there.” Mantis, Ego’s maid, said as Quill talked with Gamora and Drax.
“Alright.”
Mantis, who has two antennae on her head, was with Quill as he got up and left the guest room. Quill asked Gamora to wait for him to return before acting without permission before he left.
in Ego’s sanctuary. Quill had his first encounter with his biological father.
“Peter Quill, my boy…” At this moment, Ego projected an elderly man with a gray beard in front of Peter Quill.
He embraced Quill energetically and started to enlighten him regarding his starting point. Ego touched Quill’s forehead lightly with his hand as he spoke.
Quill’s brain received a vast amount of universe-related information. For such a vast amount of information, ordinary minds might be directly cut off and destroyed, but Quill remained unharmed. Additionally, this increased Ego’s certainty that the child in front of him truly inherited his gene.
“I have spent countless years, set foot on every planet in this universe, and left my seed on every planet…”
“I want to make all the planets a part of me, but I can’t achieve such an ambitious goal by myself, so I started to breed countless offspring with women of various races…”
“I have spent countless years, set foot on every planet in this universe, and left my seed on every planet…”
“I want to make all the planets a part of me, but I can’t do it alone.”
Despite learning that he was a god’s descendant, Quill was still troubled in his heart. He used to dislike that “god” named Rorschach, and now that he is also a god’s descendant.
However, when Quill learned that his father had bred numerous children with women of various races on numerous planets, he was shocked. He was immediately overcome by self-doubt.
Quill has even communicated with female from various races and skin tones, despite the fact that he is regarded as an expert in love. At first, all he thought was that his unique taste came from his father.
Obviously, that is not the point. The point is that Quill’s views remain unwavering regarding raising a child.
He believed that he could only have children with his beloved partner. He had the impression that his father didn’t even love his own children, much less the women who gave birth to him. He would use all of this as a tool to conquer the universe.
As a result, Quill questioned his father’s commitment to his mother.
“Of course, I am very in love with your mother. When I placed a tumor on her head, it truly broke my heart.” Ego said sincerely.
These words truly came from the heart, according to Ego. Maybe for an organic planet that has lived for innumerable years, the life and passing of people are for sure as unimportant as insects. So Ego didn’t think there was anything wrong with killing an insect, and he even lamented for that insect for quite a while.
Quill, on the other hand, found these words to be extremely harsh.
“You killed my mom!” Quill failed to keep a grip on his feelings on the spot, took out the firearm on his wasit, and shot at Ego.
Ego’s body was immediately punctured by the bullets as they poured out.
The Ego before him is made out of energy, and he is associated with the planet’s energy, and endless energies spouted out, fixing Ego’s body in a moment.
“As long as this planet is not destroyed, you can’t kill me. You, as my descendant, are you attempting to be my enemy?” While in control of the planet’s energy, Ego yelled at Quill, creating a blue energy that struck Quill in the back.
“Fuck!” Quill wanted to keep shooting with his gun, but the energy controlled by Ego ate away all of Quill’s energy so quickly that he couldn’t even hold it in his hand.
As though feeling something, Ego looked at to Quill’s side. A blue portal appeared four or five meters to Quill’s simultaneously.
“It’s revolting, Peter Quill really did something like this.”
“I’m about to vomit, Yondu! My God, I need to wash my hands!”
“Stop arguing and throw away this stinking trash can. In spite of the fact that I would rather not deal with Quill’s confidential life, yet as somebody who has encountered it, I think it is normal for him do that.”
Yondu said this while holding a ball of wet paper towels. After throwing the ball into the trash can, Yondu put his hand under back.
He noticed Quill being pierced by Ego’s tentacles on the other side of the portal when he turned his head. Quill gave Yondu a look before looking around the room from the trash can by the bed.
Rorschach asked Yondu and the others to pick up the things with Quill’s DNA before casting the search spell from a distance. He opened a portal right away, and he was transported to Ego’s planet.
