Dumbledore stretched his legs up the steps.

“Sean, don’t think about it too much. Tomorrow is Christmas.”

Sean straightened his legs like him, and the warmth from the stairs made him sigh unconsciously.

“Well, Professor. I have a question.” He put his hands on the warm marble steps, “How do you think Hogwarts compares to Nurmengard?”

Dumbledore asked curiously, “Why do you ask that? Is it because you’re interested in Nurmengard?”

Sean nodded, “Yes, professor. Although it’s making me a bit unpleasant, they made me curious enough.”

“That’s understandable.” Dumbledore nodded. He looked out, not knowing whether he was looking at the castle of Hogwarts or the tower of Nurmengard.

“As an old man, although I don’t want to admit it, I still have to say that Nurmengard has surpassed Hogwarts in some aspects. This is also why I agreed to do a student exchange with them.”

He took a deep breath, and his eyes were fixed, “Hogwarts and I have both been down for so long that we have forgotten our school motto.”

” Draco Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus.” Sean said softly.

“Correct,” Dumbledore nodded, “But I still need time and more attempts to improve it.”

Sean looked at Dumbledore’s expression, and a complex emotion rose up in his heart for no reason.

“Professor, I hope you can achieve your goal.” Sean said sincerely.

“Thank you, child.” Dumbledore smiled, “But don’t underestimate Hogwarts. Even Gellert will admit that Hogwarts has some qualities that Nurmengard has yet to achieve.”

“I think so too,” Sean nodded. “That’s one of the reasons why I chose Hogwarts.”

“I still have to say. You’ve made the right choice, Sean.” Dumbledore laughed.

Sean also smiled. He had to admit that Dumbledore was indeed a very charming person. Of course, so did Grindelwald.

After chatting casually with Dumbledore for a while, Sean stood up, “Professor, I have to go back to my room. I have to take the train tomorrow.”

“Oh, that’s right, that’s right. Visiting your family is something you should do later.” Dumbledore smiled and watched Sean leave.

When Sean came down to the corner of the stairs, his voice could be heard from a distance, “Sean, I hope you won’t be disappointed in choosing Hogwarts.”

“Yes, Professor.” Sean couldn’t see Dumbledore anymore and shouted at the top of the stairs.

“Oh, I almost forgot. I wish you a Merry Christmas in advance.”

“You too, Professor. Merry Christmas.”

When Sean’s figure was completely gone, Dumbledore showed a smile, “I hope you won’t let Hogwarts down in the future, Sean.”

He sat on the stairs quietly, looking in a certain direction, and didn’t get up for a long time.

Sean naturally didn’t hear Dumbledore’s last words. Although the night was full of ups and downs, tonight’s experience was bizarre. He was in a good mood.

Moreover, with Grindelwald’s and Dumbledore’s promise. Sean no longer has to worry about the safety of his family.

He walked into Ravenclaw’s tower, and as soon as he stepped on the stairs, he met someone. It was Stephanie Ollivander.

Sean stayed here for a few months, and his height had grown a bit. She doesn’t change a bit in terms of her appearance and height.

He and Stephanie looked at each other. This was the first time Sean did not avoid her eyes and the first time he didn’t show his smile when facing his classmates.

“Stephanie, you’re the one who gave me the monocle, right?” He asked softly.

Stephanie unconsciously lowered her eyes. She hesitated for a moment but still answered in her cold voice, “Yes.”

“I see.” Sean paused, then showed his smile again, “Well, it saved my life. Thank you for your gift, and Merry Christmas, Miss Ollivander.”

He didn’t look at her again and went straight up the stairs. Stephanie’s expression didn’t change at all, but her fingers clenched slightly while holding her book.

Sean returned to the lounge and saw Hermione reading a book by the bonfire.

“Hermione, you’re still awake?”

“I want to read this book before I go home. I asked Professor Flitwick and Madam Pince to allow me to take a book from the library. Because if I bring it home, Madam Pince will definitely kill me.” Hermione said quickly without even looking up, staring at the book in front of her.

Sean smiled and shook his head, then turned around and prepared to walk toward his room. Halfway through, he stopped for a moment and sat back next to Hermione.

“You don’t have to wait for me. Just go to sleep.” Hermione glanced at him and then turned her attention back to the book.

Sean shrugged, and he leaned softly on the back of the chair.

“I’m also going to study for a while.” He picked up Hermione’s book in front of him.

Hermione smiled slightly and handed over another book, “It’s better for you to read this first.”

“Thank you, Miss Granger.” Sean took the book with a smile.

She flushed slightly, and after looking at Sean, she immersed herself in studying again.

“I love to study.” Sean shrugged and lowered his head.

The next day, while the two were on their way to the station, Hermione kept complaining to him, “Sean! I just missed the last few pages!”

Sean smiled embarrassingly. Last night, he studied for a while and couldn’t help chatting with Hermione.

She was addicted to learning, and naturally, she wouldn’t care about anything in her study time, but Sean was so playful that he dragged Hermione to do something else.

Hermione, who hadn’t finished reading the book, was a bit mad right now.

Sean originally wanted to say it was her own fault, but he finally chose to give up. It’s best not to mess with her right now.

Amidst Hermione’s thoughts, the two came to the station to find a room and sat down.

Before the train started, two boys opened the door of the room. They were panting as if they were running from something.

“Hey, Sean!” Harry and Neville greeted him.

“Oh, Harry, Neville. Good morning.”

“Do you mind if we sit here?” Sean cast a look at Hermione.

She muttered regretfully in her heart but nodded anyway.
