As the premier wizarding school in the UK, Hogwarts showcased its excellence through its distinguished faculty and rich heritage. While quaint and profound, the castle itself wasn’t typically characterized by grandiosity.

However, this didn’t mean that such elements were entirely absent. When Cedric entered the Prefect’s bathroom on the sixth floor of Hogwarts Castle for the first time, he was genuinely astonished by the opulent decor within.

A splendid chandelier adorned the ceiling, and the room, crafted entirely from pristine white marble, exuded an air of luxury. A large bath, seamlessly integrated into the ground, resembling a rectangular swimming pool, is positioned prominently in the middle of the room.

Adding to the extravagance, around the bathtub were approximately a hundred golden faucets, each adorned with a distinctive colored gemstone on its handle.

Taking in the breathtaking surroundings, Cedric couldn’t help but express his amazement, saying with a jaw-dropping tone, “I now understand why Cassandra insisted on coming here. I never imagined such a place existed within Hogwarts Castle!”

In response, Green’s voice whispered into Cedric’s ear, “Impressive, isn’t it? Hogwarts has never been stingy with luxury. As long as you prove yourself worthy, or manage to please the Professors, such wonders are at your disposal.”

Subsequently, Cedric and Green joined Cassandra at a long marble table on both sides, against the backdrop of the same white marble that adorned the entire room.

As the three settled into their seats, Cassandra directed her gaze toward Cedric and Green seated across from her. The corners of her mouth lifted, and she inquired, “So, Cedric, do you still think I’m being overly cautious?”

In response to Cassandra’s question, Cedric shook his head with a wry smile and admitted, “Alright, Cassandra, I admit you are right. There is no doubt I need to know more about Wentworth with your help.”

A deeper smile spread across Cassandra’s face upon hearing Cedric’s acknowledgment. She swiftly replied, “Cedric, it’s not about doubting your pure friendship with Wentworth. However, you must understand that once you learn of Wentworth’s identity and choose to align with the Alliance, you stand apart from the ordinary Hogwarts students.”

Green, interjecting, questioned, “Wait, are you saying we’ve become dark wizards now?”

Cassandra glanced at Green and addressed him with a serious tone, “It’s a rarity to witness someone willingly acknowledge being a dark wizard.”

Green could only stare at her in silence as his expression turned ambiguous.

Cassandra proceeded to clarify, “The term’ dark wizards,’ including the first generation of Dark Lords, is a label bestowed by various Ministries of Magic on the Alliance and Gellert Grindelwald. The primary reason is that the Alliance was the initial loser in the war, nothing more.”

She continued, “I have something here. I obtained it from the British Ministry of Magic through my father. Take a look.”

While explaining, Cassandra produced a substantial folder seemingly from thin air and placed it before Cedric and Green.

The two were astonished as they perused the documents before them, revealing encrypted messages primarily detailing communications from the Alliance and Gellert Grindelwald. Meanwhile, Cassandra continued her explanation.

“The Ministries of Magic across various countries portray the Shaman Party and Gellert Grindelwald as Muggle-hating, bloodthirsty half-blood wizards, and dark wizards seeking to overthrow the world. However, that’s not the truth. Take a look here!”

Cassandra pointed to a specific entry in the documents, directing Cedric and Green’s attention. She elaborated further, “Here’s a speech by Gellert Grindelwald in Paris, recorded in his own words: ‘Many claim that I hate Muggles. No, I don’t hate them, not at all. I don’t think Muggles are inferior, but their values differ. It’s not that they are unusable; they are simply useless.'”

“Do you see? Gellert doesn’t harbor hatred for Muggles. So why does he oppose half-blood wizards? There’s no apparent reason!”

Upon hearing this, Cedric shot a questioning look at Green, only to find Green intensely scrutinizing the document. Curious, Cedric asked, “Then why did Gellert Grindelwald initiate a war among wizards?”

“It’s due to divergent ideologies,” Green promptly replied, gaining a nod of approval from Cassandra.

Cedric redirected his attention to Green, discovering him pointing to a paragraph on the document. Green clarified, “Your answer is in the next paragraph: ‘I am not fighting out of hatred. My magical talent manifests in only a few individuals, and it only comes to those who seek a higher purpose in life. If the world is placed under our rule, we will undoubtedly work for the benefit of all humanity because we stand for freedom and truth.'”

With these words, Green lifted his gaze, locking eyes with Cassandra across the table. He spoke deliberately, “So, that’s why the Alliance wants to overturn secrecy laws?”

Cassandra responded promptly with an affirmative nod, stating, “That’s right. In their words, ‘For the Greater Good!'” She finished whole quoting the Alliance’s saying proudly.

Perplexed, Cedric chimed in, “However, I still don’t understand. Is it necessary to start a war in the magical world to overthrow the secrecy law?”

Green placed a reassuring hand on Cedric’s shoulder and clarified, “To overthrow the existing order, who are the fiercest opponents? Naturally, it’s the vested interests of the current order. And who represents the vested interests of the current order? The Ministries of Magic in all countries!”

Sitting across from them, Cassandra concurred with a nod, adding, “It’s not that the Alliance chose war as the means to overthrow the existing order, but rather that war becomes the only option. The Ministries of Magic in various countries will not tolerate anyone disrupting the established order, as they are the ones benefiting from it.”

As the explanations sank in, Cedric nodded thoughtfully, absorbing the complexities of the situation.

Observing Cedric’s comprehension, Green turned to Cassandra, expressing some uncertainty, “So, you want to form a new covert organization at Hogwarts to inherit the will of Gellert Grindelwald?”

Upon hearing Green’s question, Cassandra responded with a meaningful smile, shaking her head, and remarked, “What does Gellert Grindelwald’s will have to do with me?”

Green and Cedric exchanged puzzled glances, both expressing confusion with raised eyebrows.

“I thought the point of you trying to fulfill Wentworth’s objective by making a secret student organization inside Hogwarts is inherently fulfilling his grandfather’s wish?” Cedric asked while pointing at the documents.

Cassandra smiled at Cedric, “Although you are smart and good at almost every single aspect of education, it’s just sometimes you are too dense, senior!”

While Cassandra and the others were delving into the history of the Alliance in the Prefect’s bathroom,

Wentworth had already entered the Hogwarts Room of Requirement with the astonished trio of Harry. Hermione, and Ron.

“This must be the first time the three of you ever saw something like this in your life, right? See, this is what you’ll get if you align yourself with the best wizards!” Draco proudly puffed his chest as he bragged.

Disregarding Draco’s self-satisfaction with his site, Wentworth pulled a chair and seated himself.

He then gestured to the open space in the room, saying, “Aren’t you going to duel? Hurry up! I’ll be the referee. Who agrees? Who opposes?”

The four of them could only gulp while staring at each other after hearing Wentworth’s proposal. No one dared to oppose it or say another word as

the two duelists prepared themselves to put everything they had on the line.
